Delete your account
You can delete your Kring account and personal data yourself in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.
1. In the app
Open Kring → Me → Settings (gear) → PDPA → Delete account, then confirm.
2. By email
Email ops@kringapp.com from the email you signed in with and write "Delete my Kring account". We reply within 48 hours to confirm it's you.
3. What is deleted
Your profile, photos, posts, stories, answers, messages, claimed treats, settings and safety contacts are deleted within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of reports about illegal activity.

1. ลบในแอป
เปิดกริ๊ง! → ฉัน → ตั้งค่า (รูปเฟือง) → PDPA → ลบบัญชี แล้วกดยืนยัน
2. ทางอีเมล
ส่งอีเมลถึง ops@kringapp.com จากอีเมลที่ใช้ลงชื่อเข้าใช้ และเขียนว่า "ขอลบบัญชีกริ๊ง!" เราตอบภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงเพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นคุณ
3. สิ่งที่ถูกลบ
